SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed within up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Please note that during peak seasons, promotional periods, or other high-demand times, processing may take slightly longer. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays. SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES SN2 Blanks currently ships to addresses within Egypt only. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Domestic (Egypt): - Standard Shipping: Delivery times vary by location and are estimated at the time of checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and are subject to change based on the shipping carrier and circumstances outside our control. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. SECTION 3 - SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to become active after shipment. SECTION 4 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES SN2 Blanks is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. SECTION 5 - SHIPPING ADDRESS Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order. SN2 Blanks is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at sn2blankss@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped. SECTION 6 - DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES SN2 Blanks is not liable for any shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, natural events, or any other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at sn2blankss@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate the matter. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow a few additional business days before reaching out, as deliveries can sometimes be delayed due to carrier issues or local conditions. SECTION 7 - DAMAGED ORDERS If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sn2blankss@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. SECTION 8 - UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. SN2 Blanks is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to customer error.
